  • High power servers at our business continuity hot-site to be loaded with your latest backup. Your business software will be up and running within a few hours from the moment that you activate your Business Continuity plan by calling one of our Project Managers. You will be able to continue and process transactions, print and e-mail documents and reports, provide customer service, send information to your vendors, and enter data as if you were at your own location.
  • Proper security and virus protection. Daily backups of your data while you are at the hot-site. Multiple Uninterrupted Power Supplies.
  • On-site experienced and certified software and hardware consultants will be available to assist your users with any questions or problems.
  • The main hot-site is located in a Class "A" Building in Melville, NY. Two additional remote hot-sites are available in mid-town Manhattan and in Saddle Brook, NJ. Your employees can use the offices and phone systems in those locations, and will be able to access your business software on the servers that are located in Melville.
  • We provide an option to have your backups automatically copied from your server to the hot-site every night. This way, since your system will be pre-configured for remote and local access, it will not take long from the time that you activate the site to the time that users can access the system. And since we have your backup from the previous night, you don't have to send it to us. This way your business software will be up and running very quickly at the hot-site.
  • Firewall protected T1 communication for your users who will access the system from remote offices or from home. Users will only need a browser with an access to the Internet, and the User ID and Password that will be supplied to them ahead of time.
  • Office space to be available as soon as you activate your disaster recovery plan. A Computer/Laptop with Microsoft Office & E-mail for any user that will work out of the hot-site.
  • Notification is done by phone to our office or a cell phone to one of our Project Managers.
  • Our building is conveniently located 1/4 mile north of the Long Island Expressway and 3/4 mile south of the Northern State Parkway in Melville, NY. There is a cafeteria and a fitness center in the building.
  • The building supplies ample parking at no additional cost. Close proximity to banks, hotels, restaurants, post office, hospital, office supply stores, teleconferencing facilities, and the Long Island Rail Road.
  • Access to the building is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. You will be provided with a passcode for after business hours access to the building.
  • Office space includes furniture and office supplies. Secretarial services such as typing, database entry, copying, and filing are available on premises.
  • Phones with individual extensions and voice mailboxes. Phones are answered by highly trained receptionists with call screening, voice mail, and call patching services. Each telephone set has the following functions: Volume, Hold, Hands Free, Call Transfer, Message Retrieval, and Conference Call Control. Ability to direct calls from your office to the Disaster Recovery Center.
  • Facilities to conduct Net-meetings.
  • Professional front desk receptionists to greet and announce clients and guests. A comfortable reception area for clients and guests is available.
  • Front desk can receive and send all your overnight mail, such as Federal Express, UPS, and Airborne, and also sort all your incoming mail.
  • Three conference rooms and one high resolution projector are available for meetings and training sessions.
  • The following is also available on premises: Copiers, Fax Machines, Pitney Bowes Stamping Machine, Shredder, Free Coffee & Tea, and Refrigerators.
  • Off-site storage facility (1 mile away) that is climate controlled. Option to store your office supplies and files in this facility such as Check & Invoice Forms, Letterheads, and Copies of Insurance Policies & Contracts, to be used in case of an emergency.
  • A full-scale customized written Business Continuity Plan will be prepared for you by one of our experienced consultants. The plan includes detailed instructions on how to proceed when disaster strikes, such as moving to the hot-site, accessing the computer system remotely, using the phones, and scheduling conference room time. Also included are lists of all employees and business continuity team leaders with addresses and phone numbers, and how to reassure customers and suppliers about the survival and viability of your company.
  • Web announcement page for your company that will be updated during the day to provide your employees, customers, and vendors, with any required information. You just e-mail or call in your announcements and messages and we will post them for you on the web within three hours.
